Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products (including scripts, templates, training files, documentation, downloads, and related materials) (collectively, the “Digital Products”) sold by The Hopper Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any Digital Product, you agree to these Terms.

1) Digital Product Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically (download link, email delivery, or platform access). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and/or account used at checkout.

2) License Grant (Personal/Internal Use Only)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Products for your personal use or internal business use only.

3) No Redistribution, Sharing, or Resale

You may not, without the Company’s prior written authorization:

• sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, gift, publish, share, or otherwise make the Digital Products available to any third party;
• post the Digital Products (or any portion) to public websites, forums, repositories, marketplaces, or file-sharing services;
• bundle the Digital Products into another product or service (paid or free);
• use the Digital Products to provide a competing product, library, or template pack.

Any attempted transfer or sublicense in violation of this section is void, and your license terminates immediately.

4) Ownership / Intellectual Property

All Digital Products are owned by the Company and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the Digital Products—not ownership of them.

5) All Sales Final (No Returns / No Refunds)

All sales are final. Because the Digital Products are delivered electronically and made available immediately upon purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing by the Company.

Access Issues: If you have trouble accessing a file, contact us at support@thehopperco.com and we will make reasonable efforts to help you access what you purchased.

6) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact us first at support@thehopperco.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Because Digital Products are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned,” you agree that initiating a chargeback after you have received access to the Digital Products is not permitted under these Terms. A chargeback made in an attempt to obtain a refund while retaining access to the Digital Products may be considered chargeback fraud / fraudulent dispute activity.

If a chargeback is filed:

• we may suspend or terminate your access/license immediately;
• we may submit evidence to the payment processor/bank to dispute the chargeback (including proof of delivery/access logs, communications, and these Terms);
• if permitted, we may pursue recovery of losses, including chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs.

7) Termination

We may terminate or revoke your license to the Digital Products immediately if you violate these Terms, including the no-redistribution/resale provisions. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete any copies in your possession.

8) Disclaimer

Digital Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing, implementation, and results.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Company’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Digital Product at issue.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for any dispute will be Hennepin County, Minnesota, unless otherwise required by law.
